• Transaction tracking and analysis
• Wallet profiling and entity identification
• Fund flow visualization and reporting
• Legal-ready documentation for compliance purposes
• NFT ownership and provenance audits
• Fraud and theft investigation support

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete information

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the wallets and transactions being analyzed
• Only request analysis of wallets you own or have legal authority to investigate
• Not use our services for any illegal purpose
• Not misrepresent the nature or purpose of your investigation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• To facilitate money laundering or terrorism financing
• To stalk, harass, or harm another individual
• To violate any applicable law or regulation
• To infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• To submit false or misleading information
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of our services
• To reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our systems

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. Orders and Payment

Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Custom quotes provided for specific projects are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in Section 7.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates but are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Inability to complete: If we are unable to provide the requested analysis due to technical limitations, you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation before work begins: Full refund if requested before analysis has started.
• Partial work: If cancellation is requested after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.

Refunds are not available for completed reports or if the analysis was performed as requested but did not produce the results you hoped for.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and methodologies—are owned by FundTrace and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Reports

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the reports we generate for your personal or business purposes. You may share reports with legal counsel, courts, regulatory bodies, and other parties as needed for legitimate purposes. You may not resell our reports or use them to compete with our services.

• FundTrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for actions taken by third parties based on our reports
• We are not responsible for decisions made by courts, regulators, or other entities

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundTrace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your identity or the details of your investigation to third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• As required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• To our service providers who need access to perform their functions

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
